We are seeking a full-time construction superintendent for a project located in the Los Angeles area. The position will have the support of an experienced team.
Sun Country works hard to cultivate a culture of employee self-management. Depending on the skill set offered by a candidate, the position will have the potential of increasing responsibility. The successful candidate will be well-organized and well-presented, with excellent organizational and management skills and the ability to work well with the entire group of people involved in a multi-family development project, including the project owner, subcontractors, municipal representatives, on-site staff, and so on.
Qualifications :
- A minimum of five years of experience in multi-family construction or a related field.
- Proficient with construction management and scheduling software, including Microsoft Project, Procore, Excel and Word.
- Team player, professional, respectful and courteous, and able to manage others while building a team atmosphere.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Critical thinker, problem solver.
- Committed to meeting milestones and deadlines.
- Strong plan interpretation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Valid drivers’ license and a dependable vehicle along with proof of automobile liability insurance.
- US work authorization will be required.
