Key Responsibilities
- Conduct land surveys using appropriate techniques and equipment
- Prepare and maintain accurate survey documentation and reports
- Collaborate with project teams to develop surveying plans and methodologies
- Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D for drafting and mapping purposes
- Perform staking and mapping activities to support construction and development projects
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding surveying practices
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior surveyors and staff
- Proven experience as a surveyor in construction or land development projects
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and practices
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software
- Professional licensure as a land surveyor is preferred
