Key Responsibilities
- Lead the proposal development process including planning, writing, and submitting proposals.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and project managers to gather necessary information for proposals.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and guidelines throughout the proposal process.
- Edit and review proposals for clarity, consistency, and adherence to branding standards using Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Mentoring and collaborating with Proposal Coordinators and Specialists
- Manage timelines and coordinate with team members to meet submission deadlines.
- Develop and maintain a repository of proposal templates and past proposals for future use.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in proposal management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with responding to Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and understanding of proposal best practices.
