Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous testing and analysis. The Quality Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address quality concerns.
- Maintain documentation related to quality control processes, including inspection reports and deviation reports.
- Assist in the development and training of quality assurance staff on best practices and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
- Experience with electro-mechanical systems and components.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
