Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
- Conduct due diligence on properties, including title searches and zoning analysis.
- Advise clients on real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, financing options, and leasing agreements.
- Negotiate terms of real estate transactions on behalf of clients.
- Assist in resolving disputes related to real estate transactions.
- Collaborate with other attorneys, clients, and real estate professionals to ensure successful outcomes in transactions.
- Juris Doctor
- Active bar admission in the state of NY
- 4 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on transactions and leasing.
- Strong understanding of title insurance and mortgage financing.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
