Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Meet with hiring manager, help develop questions, and organize interviews
- Source candidates through various channels including networking, job postings, and social media
- Conduct interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate skills and fit
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Promote employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility in the job market
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company
- Negotiate job offers and coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role
- Strong sourcing and networking skills
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment abilities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) - we use ADP
- Solid understanding of recruitment marketing and employer branding
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring practices
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive base salary depending on experience

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
