Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in promoting and selling our wastewater solutions and industrial equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the designated region while nurturing relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the wastewater and industrial equipment sectors.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends within the wastewater industry.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve performance goals.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on wastewater solutions or industrial equipment.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in outside sales is a plus.
  • Knowledge of water heating systems and related technologies is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary : $80,000 - $105,000
