Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate 179D and 45L projects from inception to completion.
- Analyze project specifications and requirements to ensure compliance with relevant tax credit programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing guidance on tax incentives and project-related inquiries.
- Prepare and review project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax credit guidelines.
- Lead project teams, providing direction and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or risks that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in tax credits and incentives.
- Strong understanding of 179D and 45L tax credit programs and their application.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to assess project compliance and benefits.
