Average direct-hire deal is $25k = between $2.5k - $10k in commission PER DEAL (Sliding commission structure)
50k base salary uncapped commission

What You Need for this Position
3-5 years of B2B sales lead generation and account management experience
Prior Agency Recruiting Experience (Plus But Not Required)
Proven success such as awards, recognitions, promotions, etc.
Experience in a fast-paced/KPI-driven environment
Experience working remotely (Plus)
Bachelors Degree from an accredited university (Plus)
What You Will Be Doing
Lead generation through various business development methods
Account management and maintaining existing client relationships
Candidate sourcing through the use of our proprietary tech platform with mentorship/training from a
top-performing Senior Manager and team
Achieving KPIs and quarterly/annual goals based on the amount of compensation you are targeting for the year
We share a client with you on day 1 (training is tailored to your experience level)
