As a qualified candidate, you will need to meet the following criteria:

*4 Years minimum of Recruitment experience

*Successful sales background; proven track record of achieving and/or exceeding sales quota on a consistent basis. 

*Sales experience in B2B sales environment.

*Strong business development experience

*Excellent communication skills

*Self-motivated; entrepreneurial spirit

*BA/BS a plus

*Be a problem solver and adapt quickly 

*Comfortable with overcoming rejection and being uncomfortable

*Be personable, outgoing, and persistent 

*Highly driven to make six figures from your efforts 

*Exceptionally strong desire to succeed

*Be honest, ethical, and have high integrity

*Have extremely strong interpersonal skills

*Strong written and verbal communication skills

*Social media proficiency to connect & network with both active & passive candidates

What your job would entail: 

*Be comfortable using technology tools to gather information (CRM database, LinkedIn)

*Have strong investigation skills, need to be curious by nature 

*Collaborate with current and future clients to identify their recruiting needs

*Interview and screen candidates for your clients through phone interviews, video conferencing, reference checks, etc. with team support.

*Fulfill your clients’ recruiting needs using superior recruiting resources and technology

*Work with some of the industry’s leading executive recruiters

*Exposure to a wide variety of industries. 

*Exercise significant prospecting and closing skills

*Ability to interact with senior-level to C-level executives

Realistic expectations:

We are looking for someone who is looking for a Career vs a Job. This position is hybrid, with 4 days in the Newport Beach office and typically Fridays working from home if goals are being met. Once you are trained and are doing well you can have more flexibility. We have a beautiful large office and provide lunch on days you are in the office along with fun team-building activities.

Bonus is based on achieving the yearly goal which is highly attainable with the leads we give you. This position can lead you to a six-figure income however you have to put the time and effort in to see that success. Like all sales and recruitment jobs, this is dependent on how much revenue you generate.
