Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Engineer, System Test to lead and execute testing activities for our advanced RF and 5G Layer1 systems. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Matlab and will play a crucial role in ensuring the performance and reliability of our wireless communication technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead system testing for RF and 5G Layer1 products
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts using Matlab
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Analyze test results and troubleshoot issues in the RF subsystem
- Conduct design verification and validation of new features
- Interface with international teams across multiple sites to align testing strategies
- Document testing procedures and results clearly and concisely
- Contribute to the development and improvement of automated test systems
- Provide regular reports on testing progress and results to stakeholders
- Hands on programming in Matlab
- RF and wireless communication technologies
- Strong knowledge of 5G Layer1 protocols
- Familiarity with signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers
- Understanding of T-Base architecture and 3GPP standards
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Team player with a solution-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
