- $120k - 160k annual bonus

Qualifications
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field
- PE license
- Roadway, transportation, etc... design experience
- AutoCAD, Civil 3D, OpenRoads, and MicroStation is a plus
- Design and develop roadway plans, specifications, and estimates.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
- Prepare and review engineering reports, drawings, and calculations.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Perform traffic analysis and develop traffic management plans.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
- Provide technical support during construction, including site visits and inspections.
- Utilize engineering software and tools for design and analysis.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff.
