Responsibilities
- Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to understand their roofing needs and position our solutions effectively.
- Conduct Consultative Sales: Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients to assess their roofing requirements, educate them about our products and services, and recommend tailored solutions that meet their needs and budget.
- Prepare and Present Proposals: Create compelling proposals and presentations that outline the benefits of our roofing solutions, address client concerns, and demonstrate the value proposition for partnering with us.
- Negotiate and Close Deals: Skillfully negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales and project management process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to project completion.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner closely with internal teams, to deliver superior results.
- Proven track record of success in sales
