- Train and oversee roofing crews to ensure efficient operations and high-quality workmanship.
- Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Maintain communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
- Proven experience as a Roofing Supervisor or in a similar role in commercial roofing.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation practices.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to lead teams effectively.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance in the construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
