Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate activities between various teams including contractors, site workers, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards at all job sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the project to maintain workflow and project timelines.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the roofing or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and construction practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
