Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements and reports.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor and manage budgets and forecasts, providing insights to management.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Maintain and improve accounting systems and processes, including the integration of Quickbooks and ADP.
- Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with a focus on general ledger and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks and ADP software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary : $65,000 - $100,000
