We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead our multi-family construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable building codes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of multi-family construction projects from inception to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
- Utilize project management software such as Procore and Autodesk for documentation and scheduling
- Lead and mentor project teams to ensure project success
- Manage relationships with clients, general contractors, and vendors
- Oversee change orders and contract negotiations
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, specifically in multi-family residential projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in construction management software, particularly Autodesk or ProCore
- Excellent budgeting and scheduling skills
- Experience working with general contractors and subcontractors
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work without direction
- Familiarity with assisted living and townhouse construction is a plus
- Design/Build Experience a plus
- Vehicle allowance ($500-$750)
- Gas card ($85 a week)
- Phone allowance ($45-$65 a month)
- 401k is 3% guaranteed company contribution (starts after a year)

Salary : $115,000 - $150,000
