Position Overview

As Senior Counsel, you'll join a powerhouse team of elite trial attorneys with a track record of major victories! Our Aliso Viejo office is one of the firm's most established, offering unmatched growth, mentorship, and flexible work options: hybrid, remote, or in-office.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently Manage a caseload of insurance defense litigation matters
• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, negotiations and trial
  
  

Qualifications

• JD
• Passed CA bar in good standing
• 7 years of experience in Civil Litigation for Insurance Defense
• Proven track record of experience in Depositions, Motions, Trial
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Defense side experience specializing in any of the following:
• General Liability, Construction Defect, Business Litigation AND OR Med Mal, PI, Slip Fall, Dog Bite, Premises Liability, Product Liability, Professional Liability, Commercial Litigation, Auto on Auto, Labor Employment

• Base Salary is flexible, general range is $165-190k base Depending on Experience
