Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Senior CRM Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on developing and executing effective CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in marketing automation and data analysis to drive impactful email campaigns and optimize customer journeys in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
• Manage end-to-end email campaign processes, including audience targeting and personalization.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform data analysis to derive insights and improve campaign performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and optimize marketing strategies.
• Set up and manage campaigns using various automation techniques.
• Test and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and audience feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in CRM marketing, preferably in the fintech or retail sectors.
• Proficiency in email campaign management and marketing automation tools.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
