Key Responsibilities
- Review project plans and specifications to prepare accurate estimates for drywall projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
- Analyze labor, material, and overhead costs to prepare comprehensive and competitive bids
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure alignment on project requirements and timelines
- Conduct site visits to assess project scope and gather necessary information for estimates
- Provide support in negotiating contracts and managing project budgets as needed
- 5 years experience as commercial drywall estimator
- In-depth knowledge of drywall installation techniques and materials
- Familiarity with commercial drywall projects and associated regulations
- Proficiency with OST & other construction software
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members & clients

Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
