Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed electrical estimates for commercial construction projects.
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine scope and requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information for accurate estimation.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather data for estimates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing.
- Review and reconcile estimates with project budgets and financial forecasts.
- Participate in bid meetings and present estimates to stakeholders.
- Monitor changes in project scope and adjust estimates accordingly.
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the electrical construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills for cost estimation.
- Familiarity with relevant software for estimation and project management.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in commercial construction is a plus.

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
