What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Estimator position at CyberCoders?
We are a construction company based in Miami Shores, FL. We provide a wide range of construction services including but not limited to general contracting, construction management, and design-build for a broad spectrum of clients and project types that include the private and public sectors.
Our portfolio includes mixed-use office and retail projects, parking facilities, recreational facilities, government buildings, luxury mid-rise residential condominiums, educational facilities, and more.
We also have expertise in the development and construction of projects with complex facade treatments with architectural lighting.
Key Qualifications
- 7 years as an estimator in commercial or multifamily construction
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or similar study
- Good leadership skills managing subcontractors/superintendents
- Experience with estimating software
- Aspirations to be chief estimator
Job Responsibilities
- Estimating and performing pre-con work for multifamily and mixed-use projects as well as other projects in the Miami market
- Reporting to project executives and VP of construction
