We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and development of innovative mechanical systems for aerospace and UAV applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mechanical design, analysis, and testing, contributing to cutting-edge projects in the aerospace industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of mechanical systems for aircraft and UAVs.
- Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) to ensure design integrity and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs into overall systems.
- Develop detailed design specifications, drawings, and documentation using SolidWorks.
- Oversee manufacturing processes and testing to validate designs and ensure quality standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in aerospace engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in mechanical design and analysis, preferably in aerospace or UAV sectors.
- Experience in manufacturing processes & injection molding.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and experience with 3D modeling and design.
- Strong understanding of FEA and testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
