The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in engineering design, project management, and client relations, ensuring that all designs meet industry standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for a variety of projects.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Act as the engineer of record for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients, demonstrating the value and feasibility of design concepts.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure coherence and integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and gather requirements.
- Manage and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- PE-Licensed Professional Engineer status is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in MEP design engineering.
- Expert knowledge of mechanical design, plumbing design, and industrial systems.
- Proven experience in managing projects, including budgets and schedules.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism in all interactions and deliverables.
