Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage project schedules, work plans, and resources, adapting to changes as needed.
- Collaborate with engineering managers and stakeholders to secure appropriate staffing and resources.
- Coordinate specialized technical expertise across project disciplines to ensure alignment and quality.
- Mentor and guide assistant project managers and project coordinators to foster team growth.
- Ensure projects meet client expectations, budgets, and timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license, or strong commitment to obtaining licensure.
- At least five years of experience in engineering or construction management, with expertise in mission-critical projects.
- Proven ability to manage diverse, geographically distributed teams using both virtual and in-person collaboration.
- Understanding of both greenfield and renovation construction projects.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and ability to meet client and federal background requirements.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
