As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will lead high-impact projects and collaborate with top-tier clients to design cutting-edge mechanical systems for data centers, airports, and other mission-critical facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical engineering and design for projects, including new construction, expansions, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Develop innovative HVAC, plumbing, and fire suppression systems tailored to client needs.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Perform load calculations, equipment selections, and system analyses using advanced software tools.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Mentor and delegate tasks to project engineers, designers, and BIM/CAD staff.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering (ABET-accredited).
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration (multi-state licensure preferred).
- 10-15 years of proven expertise in mechanical engineering, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire suppression systems.
- Proficiency in managing projects across all development phases, including greenfield and renovation projects.
- Ability to travel occasionally and meet client-specific requirements, including background checks and screenings.
