We are a 100 person group that specializes in commercial and multi-family construction projects in the mid to large market. We have projects on the books spanning from central Tennessee to Louisville, Kentucky. Most of our work is centered in Multi-Family but we have projects in the educational, government, healthcare, and commercial arenas.
We have MF projects bid on and won through 2026 and a growing pipeline of work. We have full benefits 401k w/ match, PTO, paid holidays, truck & allowances, along with top market per-diems when travel is needed.

- 4 year degree in construction or related field
- 7 Years of Construction exp.
- 5 Years of Multi-Family Project Management
- Garden Style, Mix-Use, Wood Framing styles
- Experience overseeing multiple teams
- Ability to Travel between Central Tennessee and Louisville, KY
Base Salary: $130,000 - $160,000

- Bonus up to $25% of base salary
