Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple plumbing and mechanical projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and financial targets.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to align project objectives and expectations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and risks.
- Manage project resources, including personnel and materials, to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between all project participants to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the plumbing and mechanical sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, mechanical systems, and construction processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
