- Address tax controversy matters effectively.
- Handle individual, partnership, and corporate tax aspects of complex commercial transactions.
- Structure mergers and acquisitions, business formations, and debt and equity financing.
- Advise on employee compensation and benefits.
- Draft related memoranda and documents for diverse industries.
- 20 years of extensive experience in tax law.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Established portable book of business
- Proven experience with individual, partnership, and corporate tax aspects of complex commercial transactions.
- Expertise in structuring mergers and acquisitions, business formations, and debt and equity financing.
- Knowledge of employee compensation and benefits.
- Strong drafting skills for related memoranda and documents across various industries.
- Experience in affordable housing tax credit issues, sales and use tax, estate planning, and qualified plans is a plus but not required.
