We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Director of RTL Design to lead our RTL design team in developing cutting-edge ASIC solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of complex microarchitectures, ensuring high performance and efficiency in our networking products, particularly in the areas of PCIe and AI networking.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the RTL design team, providing guidance and mentorship to engineers.
- Develop and implement microarchitecture specifications for advanced ASIC designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design requirements and ensure alignment with product roadmaps.
- Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Drive innovation in RTL design methodologies and practices to improve productivity and performance.
- Oversee the verification process and ensure designs meet quality standards before tape-out.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in RTL design with a strong focus on ASIC design.
- Proven experience in managing a team of design engineers, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in microarchitecture design, including experience with PCIe and networking protocols.
- Familiarity with AI networking technologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Salary : $250,000 - $350,000
