Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
- Act as the Owner's Representative, liaising with contractors, architects, and stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Implement best practices in construction management and program delivery.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies.
- Experience as an Owner's Representative is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
- Experience in healthcare-related construction projects is a plus.
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills.

Salary : $155,000 - $170,000
