Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Steel Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in steel fabrication and welding, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. The Steel Fabricator will play a key role in the production of high-quality steel components for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
• Cut, shape, and weld steel components according to project requirements.
• Assemble and install steel structures and frameworks.
• Perform quality checks on fabricated components to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
  
  

Qualifications

• Journeyman certification in welding or metal fabrication preferred
• Proven experience as a steel fabricator with a strong understanding of fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with welding techniques and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
