Job Location: Las Vegas, NV
Salary: $100k-$160k
Requirements: Experience as Construction Superintendent experience on ground-up projects is preferred
This is a full time/permanent position with a well established General Contractor with projects spanning across Commercial, K-12, Industrial, etc.
Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for both an Assistant Superintendent (2 years) and an experienced Superintendent (8 years).

- Experience on ground-up projects is preferred (TIs is OK for the Assistant role)
- Well rounded project experience across any of the following: Municipal, Commercial, Industrial, Schools, public works, healthcare, etc.
- Experience scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of construction
- Experience with structural concrete / structural Steel
- MEP experience is a plus
