Our specialty is commercial type projects including education, healthcare, corporate, and industrial facilities. We are looking for Superintendents to join our team!
Position Overview
The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires a strong understanding of various sectors including industrial, commercial, and healthcare, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Manage and supervise construction sites to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to assess project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Implement effective communication strategies with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in diverse sectors such as commercial, healthcare, education, and retail is highly desirable.
