This position supervises employees and maintains a safe working environment compliant with government regulatory guidelines and RMC Safety systems on multiple projects simultaneously. This position requires travel.

Job Responsibilities (List is not inclusive)
- Ensure work site is compliant with OSHA regulations and RMC Safety protocols.
- Manage and schedule installation of HVAC material and equipment.
- Maintain consistent contact with General Contractors to be aware at all times of expected installation dates.
- Request and coordinate HVAC material and equipment needs with purchasing department.
- Coordinate delivery of material and equipment to the job site.
- Check options and equipment list to ensure material is correct.
- Keep project status up to date to ensure timely delivery.
- Lay out crews to install material on scheduled dates.
- Attend and participate in GC meetings.
- Conduct weekly inspections, and safety meetings. Provide copies of signed safety forms to General Contractor and RMC Safety team.
- Walks job constantly to follow-up with Foreman and installers.
- Schedule and direct quality control technician daily, communicate with technician constantly to maintain schedule.
- Identify problems that need to be corrected.
- Follow-up on all purchase orders and/or extra work.
- Maintain open and positive communication with Trade Partners.
- Manage Sub-contractors, ensure work done meets contract and company requirements.
- Keep up to date with all RMC Policy and Procedures, industry standards and government regulations.
- Available via telephone after hours and on weekends for emergency and/or customer related issues.
- Must demonstrate proficiency and knowledge of air duct distribution systems, commercial and industrial. Know relevant building codes, current legislation, regulations, policies and procedures for the installation and maintenance of systems.
- Installation of HVAC materials, equipment, and appropriately matched systems.
- Ability to work cooperatively with other trades.

- OSHA 30 Certification required.
- 10 plus years of experience required.
- Required to stand, walk, and sit.
- Talk or hear, both in person and by telephone.
- Use hand (s) and fingers to handle or feel objects or controls.
- Reach with hand (s) and arm (s).
- Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.
