Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Communicate regularly with clients, architects, and subcontractors to provide project updates and address any concerns.
- Ensure that all construction work is performed in accordance with local building codes and regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, preferably in the healthcare space.
- Higher education or degree in construction management or building service a huge plus.
- Experience in managing ground-up construction projects, particularly medical facilities and clinics.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Being located in Minneapolis.

Salary : $90,000 - $150,000
