Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction operations and manage on-site staff.
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process to maintain project timelines.
- Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial and residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience with project management software and tools is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in construction management or safety are preferred.

Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
