The Traveling Sr. Superintendent will oversee and manage construction projects at various locations, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction teams on-site to ensure project goals are met.
- Coordinate project schedules and communicate with project managers and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on all job sites.
- Oversee the quality control of construction activities, particularly in concrete work.
- Provide guidance and support to junior superintendents and crew members.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years as a Superintendent.
- Strong knowledge of concrete construction practices and techniques.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple teams across different locations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Salary : $135,000 - $165,000
