Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on the construction site and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and construction personnel.
- Prepare and review project schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues that arise during the construction process.
- Maintain communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
- Ensure the quality of work meets the required standards and specifications.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and change orders.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in construction management or related fields is a plus.
