Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all construction activities on heavy highway projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and labor crews to ensure project timelines are met.
- Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and resolve issues.
- Proven experience as a Heavy Highway Superintendent or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of heavy civil construction practices and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and compliance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.
