- Develop and execute contracts with project owners and subcontractors in accordance with project scope
- Take ownership of any project issues that arise and quickly resolve them in a professional manner, involving relevant parties as needed
- Review and approve project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans
- Anticipate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and disruptions
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, etc.
- 8 years in a field supervision role at another General Contractor
- Experience on Multifamily projects
- Strong understanding of Construction documents
