- Multi-family new construction experience
- Podiums, Wraps and Garden-style build experience
- Site Work, concrete slab to framing
- Manage job site crews
- Work with the project management team to ensure phase completed on time and in budget
- 3 years as a Superintendent
- 1 Multi-family project
- High-School diploma
- Site Work experience a must
- Competitive base ($95,000-$115,000) Bonus
