Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and field personnel and all subcontractors on the jobsite
- Develop working budget based on the project estimates and schedule
- Manage, mentor, and coach other supervisors
- Ensure safety of all personnel working on project
- 3 years of experience in a field supervision role preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred
Salary: $85,000 - $140,000
