Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies for supplier quality management.
- Conduct supplier audits to assess compliance with ISO standards and company specifications.
- Lead corrective action processes to address quality issues with suppliers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain to enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with suppliers to develop performance metrics and monitor their quality performance.
- Utilize data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in supplier performance.
- Support assembly engineering and injection molding processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Provide training and guidance to suppliers on quality assurance practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in supplier quality management or quality assurance roles.
- Strong knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
