Position Overview
The Director of Supply Chain will oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in manufacturing and distribution. This role is critical in driving operational excellence and optimizing supply chain performance to meet customer demands and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Oversee scheduling of production to meet demand forecasts and minimize downtime.
- Lead procurement efforts to source materials and services at the best value.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams on pneumatics and valve assembly projects.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on manufacturing.
- Ability to oversee multiple plants.
- Experience Nationwide
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and procurement processes.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with pneumatics and valve assembly processes is a plus.
