We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract, engage, and retain top talent. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in building a diverse workforce and enhancing our employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies and processes.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and support their integration into the company.
- Proven experience recruiting both hourly and corporate level positions.
- Previous experience supporting a global manufacturing organization is valued.
- Bilingual/Multilingual skills not required but a plus.
- Strong interviewing skills and experience with various assessment techniques.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent negotiation skills for offer discussions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
