The Tax Accountant will be responsible for preparing tax returns, providing tax planning advice, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. This role aims to minimize tax liabilities while maximizing financial efficiency for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns accurately and on time
- Conduct tax research to stay updated on tax laws and regulations
- Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
- Assist clients with tax audits and resolve any tax issues that may arise
- Review financial records and transactions to ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Calculate and analyze tax liabilities and create strategies for tax savings
- Collaborate with other accounting team members to ensure accurate financial reporting
- 6 years of experience in public accounting and tax.
- CPA license required.
- Higher education in Accounting or Finance.
- Ability to work in office or hybrid in Lubbock Texas.
