Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on transactions and tax planning
- Prepare federal income tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Analyze and interpret tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies
- Manage and develop a team of tax professionals to ensure timely and accurate completion of tax-related tasks
- Communicate with internal and external shareholders to address any issues or inquiries
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax accounting
- CPA certification
- Experience in both public and private sectors preferred
- Ability to work in office in Lubbock Texas, some hybrid work offered

Salary : $75,000 - $115,000
