Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Manager to oversee our tax compliance and planning processes. The ideal candidate will manage the preparation and filing of various tax returns, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and provide strategic tax advice to enhance organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the preparation and filing of tax returns including 1120, 1041, 1040, and 1120S.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
- Review and analyze financial statements and tax returns for accuracy and compliance.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members in tax-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and assess the impact on the organization.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for tax filings.
- Assist with tax audits and resolve any tax-related inquiries from authorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Active CPA license is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting or tax management.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
- Experience with tax preparation software and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
