Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrative Assistant to join our team full-time at our Temecula, CA office. In this on-site role, you will:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist tax preparers with client documentation, data entry, and file management.
- Manage phone and email communications professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and assist with data entry in financial software.

- Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including data entry, organization, and scheduling.
